  • Is there a group rate?
    For every 5 persons registered from your organization, one (1) person may attend for free at the current delegate rate. All registrations must be made the same time to qualify. The group rate is not retroactive. Your invoice will reflect five (5) delegates at the current rate and one (1) delegate at $0.
  • Are press passes available?

  • Are there sponsorship opportunities?

  • How do I obtain a letter of invitation to apply for a travel visa?
    We can provide you with a letter of invitation to apply for a travel visa, which you should then send to the appropriate consulate or embassy of the event location. Please note the prerequisites: 1. Use our Conference Brochure Flyer as an initial indication of your intention to attend our event when making your appointment with the consulate or embassy. 2. Email sjones@upturnfunds.com a verifiable proof of visa appointment date with consulate or embassy. 3. Your registration fee must be paid in full before a letter of invitation can be issued. This is mandatory with no exceptions. 4. Payment is considered full once money is received and shown in our account. 5. Please note that visa application process can take several weeks depending on your jurisdiction and embassy policies. Kindly take this into account and register and make your payment at the very earliest opportunity. 6. If you are unsuccessful in acquiring a visa to attend, we will refund your registration fee in full. 7. Once full payment has been made, please contact Customer Support so we can verify payment and process letter of invitation.   • How do I register?

  • What happens if I am unable to attend, can someone attend in my place?
    If you’re not able to attend, your registration can be transferred to an employee within your organization at no additional cost up to 2 business days in advance of the event. Please send your request in writing via email to sjones@upturnfunds.com. For assistance, you may also reach out by phone: Shaka Jones at 1 246-429-0895.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept payment by credit and debit card for this event. Local attendees can pay by cash at the office headquarters. Call Customer Service at 246-429-0895 to arrange your payment. Opening Hours: Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm.
